Amy Wicker was born and raised in Bergen County, New Jersey. She grew up in Dumont and then later got married and moved with her husband to Old Tappan where they started their family. Her time in Bergen County, specifically the Pascack Valley area, has afforded her the opportunity to better understand all the different communities and the special things they have to offer. Amy has a background in both business marketing/advertising and teaching. While these careers at first appear quite different from real estate they have afforded her key skills that make her a fantastic real estate agent such as the ability to multi-task, be an exceptional communicator, and collaborate with her clients and other real estate professionals. Her background in education also gives her a big advantage to understanding the various school districts and their nuances. Kathy’s experience assessing and meeting the needs of her students, along with her attention to detail, as well as her desire to help people, made the transition to working with her clients and supporting their real estate needs a natural fit.
